Children at our homes are able to utilise many of the amenities Peterborough has to offer, including:

• Swimming at The Regional Fitness & Swimming Centre with its 25m main pool, teaching pool, and diving pit. The centre is a 10 minute drive from The Beeches.
• Cinema – The Queensgate Shopping Centre in Peterborough is within easy reach of The Beeches. It is spread over two floors with 90 shops. It also offers many places to eat and drink.
• Bowling alley – Lakeside Superbowl alley is a 5 minute drive from The Beeches. Lakeside has 24 Steltronic Lanes with Easy Scoring, amusements, big screen TV and a diner.
• Ferry Meadows – 500 acre Country Park at the heart of Nene Park. Its lakes, meadows, woodlands and riverside make it a favourite destination for many visitors throughout the year who enjoy the park simply for its accessible and attractive countryside setting. Other visitors enjoy the many activities and events that take place here.
