An exciting opportunity has arisen within our residential care home division in London, and we are looking for a Deputy Manager who is passionate about achieving the best outcomes for our young people.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for supporting on all aspects of day-to-day operations. You are to help lead, motivate, and manage staff and home resources to ensure high standards of service are achieved within the home, exceeding regulatory standards. You will also help manage the budget to ensure the business remains viable, and to meet and exceed the key performance indicators for people, quality, and performance.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Diploma Level 5 in Leadership Health and Social Care Children and Young People or equivalent, or commitment to work towards.
  • At least 2 years supervisor experience within a children’s home.
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager is desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Ofsted.
  • Good knowledge of safeguarding and legislation.
  • Strong, energetic leader.
  • Computer literate.
  • Organised and be able to multitask.
