Small Acres is our brand new, 3-bedroom residential children’s care home situated in Lincolnshire.

Small Acres is our newest Ofsted registered residential children’s care home in Lincolnshire, which provides care and accommodation for up to three children with emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.
Small Acres is our largest home at The Beeches to date, with six acres of level paddocks, providing a tranquil haven for our residents. It will soon be home to our very own Beeches Animal Sanctuary which will provide care, shelter, and protection for various animals in need.
The home has has been completely refurbished to create a modern yet homely environment for our residents. There is also gated driveway to the front and side of the home, as well as an advanced fire alarm system for maximum safety.
There is a fully fitted open plan kitchen and dining area, and a large communal lounge with with a smart TV and games, where residents can go to relax. It leads to a large garden with a separate patio area where residents can go for fresh air and exercise. There is also a fully equipped staff office and ultra-fast Wi-Fi throughout the property.

Small Acres is situated in Lincolnshire, just over 1.5 miles away from the market town of Holbeach.
There are a range of attractions and activities available nearby to keep young people positively engaged, such as crazy golf, go-karting, and laser tag.
In addition to the home’s vast grounds, there are plenty of nature reserves and playing fields for our young people to visit.
