The Cedars is a residential care home for children with learning difficulties.

The home provides a family atmosphere for young people at a time of change, undertaking preparation for placement work through assessing the potential for success and assisting in the development of all of our young people.

  • Registered to provide care and accommodation for up to four children with learning disabilities.
  • Gated access, surrounded by fields and horse stables providing a tranquil environment.
  • 4 well-appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms.
  • ‘Chillout room’ with a table tennis table, smart TV, beanbags and games. It can also be used as an area for sensory needs.
  • Enclosure at the front of the house where friendly animals, including goats, can live and interact safely alongside the children.

The Cedars is located in the village of Farcet, on the outskirts of Peterborough, providing a peaceful rural setting with good access to local amenities and services.

The home is situated a short distance from Peterborough city centre, between the village of Yaxley and the suburb of Old Fletton.
