Promoting good behaviour

The Beeches promotes a rewards system as a way of maintaining and promoting good behaviour within the establishment. This means of using positive re-enforcement to reward good behaviour has been extremely successful and empowers the children who learn that good behaviour will result in a treat that resonates with that particular child.

Role models

The staff at the Beeches are also an integral part in promoting good behaviour and harmony amongst the children. They act as role models by promoting positive behaviour and language, building self-esteem and developing social interaction.

Our staff are prepared to deal with any conflict that inevitably occurs and can assist in reaching a peaceful resolution.

Any behavioural issues or conflicts are addressed in weekly meetings with the children. Our goal is to provide a safe and harmonious environment where children are able to thrive, while developing essential communication skills with their peers and carers.
