Our Vision
Our vision is to provide an exceptional level of care to children and young people in a warm and friendly environment whilst promoting independence, choice and happiness – valuing individual uniqueness and diversity.
Admissions Process
Upon receipt of a local authority referral form, we undertake an assessment to determine whether we can meet the individual child’s needs.
Working In Partnership With 33 Local Authorities and County Councils, and the Home Office
The Beeches was established to provide support for looked after young people aged between 8-25 years. We work in partnership with local authorities to achieve positive outcomes for the young people who are placed in our care, and to enable them to acquire practical life skills.
The Beeches cater for children with learning difficulties and challenging behaviour
The Beeches provide a combination of Ofsted registered residential childcare services, registered supported living services, and educational services through our very own on-site school, The Beeches Independent Special School.
Our Approach
Our services have flourished since opening over 20 years ago. We aim to provide the highest levels of care to children with learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour. Our staff at The Beeches help create a calm and holistic environment where children feel safe, secure and are able to lead independent and happy lives.
More importantly, we understand the importance of offering a completely bespoke care package to every individual child in our care. We achieve this largely through the energy, dedication and attention to detail of our staff team.
The Beeches Independent School
The Beeches Independent School is a specialist school for children aged 9-19 with autism and other learning difficulties. We offer a bespoke package tailored to individual special educational requirements.
Our school provides a holistic and diverse learning environment where our pupils can thrive, feel nurtured, and enjoy learning.
