About Us
The Beeches was established to provide the highest levels of care for children and young people aged between 8 – 25 years with autism, learning difficulties, and/or associated challenging behaviours.
We work in partnership with local authorities to achieve positive outcomes for the young people who are placed in our care, and to enable them to acquire the practical life skills they need in order to live as independently as able.
Our scope of practice has widened significantly since we first began providing residential childcare services in 2003, and we now provide a combination of Ofsted registered residential childcare services, supported living services, and educational services via our very own school, The Beeches Independent School, which offers specialist education to children with autism and/or learning difficulties.
We aim provide a calm and therapeutic environment at The Beeches, one that feels nurturing and in which children and young people feel safe and secure. This helps to facilitate an atmosphere of calm in which children are then able to develop and thrive.
