Join our Team: Maintenance Person – Peterborough & Northampton

Salary Details: £25,000-£27,000

Town/City: Peterborough and Northampton

Vacancy Type: Full time, permanent

Hours Per Week: 40 (Day shifts Monday to Friday)

Requirements:

• Maintaining properties across both Peterborough and Northampton.
• Previous maintenance/handyman experience required.
• May be required to work ‘out of hours’ in an emergency.
• To contribute to the homes’ health and safety through general maintenance duties including day to day repairs, painting and decorating, gardening, and plumbing.
• You should be passionate about children and young people’s well-being, and have a caring and patient nature.
• Right to Work in UK required.
• Full UK driving license required.
• Ability to reliably commute, or relocate to Peterborough (preferably before starting work).

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
• Working within a care home environment or similar: 1 year (preferred)
